Do you have a hard time saying no to things you don’t want to do?

Do you feel that people are always taking advantage of you?

Do you find yourself always needing to please people?

Do you have a hard time knowing what you want, making decisions or being clear on your desires?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you need healthy boundaries!

This 3 day retreat will help you establish healthy boundaries - knowing when to say YES, NO and MAYBE - in a way that feels authentic and aligned with the person you want to be. 

Join Karine - yoga teacher and psychologist and Hiba - psychologist to explore how to create this healthy sense of assertiveness so you can ask for what you need, be centred and grounded in who you are and live a life in line with your values and authenticity. 

We will combine learnings from psychology based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and the work of Brené Brown with yoga, meditation and breath work to integrate these learnings on a deeper, body-based level. 

You will know leave knowing how to set boundaries in your life so you can have healthier relationships with yourself and others. You will gain a clear sense of your own strength, of knowing what you want and what matters to you and being able to ask for it. 

According to boundaries expert Chad Buck, a clinical psychologist at Vanderbilt University, boundaries have been shown to lead to:

♥ More assertiveness / confidence

♥ More trust in self and others

♥ More compassion towards self and others

♥ Healthier relationships

♥ Less likely to burn out / less stress

♥ Less anger / resentment


Trimurti Village is in a magical location close to St Tropez. You will have time to enjoy the swimming pool, walks in the wild nature surrounding the retreat place and the enchanting Mediterranean Sea.
