A human life is not a problem to be solved. It is a process to be lived.

My approach / training

I have a Masters Degree (MSc) from the University of Lausanne and am a member of the Swiss Federation of Psychologists (FSP).

I use an eclectic approach, weaving mind, body and soul into our work together. I would describe my style as grounded, practical and mystical, adapted to what you need from our work together.

I want to help you create a life that feels meaningful to you, that feels like your unique path in life.

To do this, I use the below approaches - yet above all, I strive to be just another human soul in our sessions together, navigating my own life experiences and seeking to constantly do my own work.

It matters deeply to me to be inclusive and non-judgemental and I am constantly educating myself. At the same time, I am open for my blind spots to be called out.

I believe we are at a turning point collectively, moving towards a new paradigm, and that we are currently dismantling and unlearning the old ways. I believe we all have something unique to share to help co-create a more compassionate and inclusive world, even if we may not reap the fruits of it in our lifetime. I am constantly striving to work towards collective liberation in my own small ways..

Acceptance + Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT)

Weaving acceptance of what we cannot change while taking action in line with our values - always done in a gentle, self-compassionate way.

Approaches based on evolutionary psychology, mindfulness, neuroscience and Buddhism.

Parts work

I view humans are complex and messy and made-up of many different parts. I think of each of us as having our own internal village, filled with different villagers that often lead to a cacaphony inside of us. Learning to work with our different villagers or parts is at the heart of my approach.

I am IFS-Informed (Internal Family Systems).

Coherence Therapy

Based on research on memory reconsolidation, this neural mechanism allows long-ingrained, learned behavioral and emotional reactions / beliefs that drive behavior to be ‘unlearned’.

This is a powerful approach to durable change in habits and behaviors where we have previously felt stuck.

Sensorimotor Psychotherapy

An approach that integrates awareness of the body and nervous system in the work we do together.

dreamwork

Dreams speak to us in a symbolic language from our unconscious and can add insight and understanding to our waking life.

psychological astrology

A birth chart reading is a different way of understanding who we really are and the themes that matter to us in life, and can complement our work together.
