I want to make a radical suggestion.
I want to suggest that being lazy doesn't actually exist.
That what we call...
...always make sense on some level.
So instead of beating ourselves up and saying that we're lazy - which really just keeps us in the cycle of stuckness - we could become really curious instead.
And by bringing this curiosity and honesty to ourselves, we could have a more effective way of dealing with the situation and getting un-stuck.
