It will provide you with the language to understand what is really going on when an emotion shows up and how to work with it, rather than against it.
Through simple, experiential tools, you will learn to handle emotions in a way that is counterintuitive to anything we are taught.

The Format
- 3 virtual meetings: A mix of presentation + discussion / practical exercises

We will use an easy to use virtual meeting room so we can all hear and see each other. If you don't have a webcam or don't want to use video, you can also join via audio or chat.

Finding the middle ground between suppressing emotions and allowing them to explode all over the place.
Starting to bring curiosity to painful emotions
Session 2:
Going through the individual emotions + understanding their ‘job description’ in your internal village
